Vincent has successfully guided both startups and established companies through complex challenges, consistently delivering results.
He has licensed intellectual property from nearly every major Hollywood studio, including Disney, Universal, DreamWorks, Warner Bros., New Line Cinema, DC Comics, FOX, and MGM.
Vincent’s unparalleled ability to connect with the cultural zeitgeist has been instrumental in his success. From The Muppets to Star Wars, Star Trek, Shrek, Pirates of the Caribbean and The UFC, he has consistently identified and curated culturally resonant IP, transforming them into commercially successful experiences.
Building on this expertise, Vincent is now spearheading a Disney-esque initiative at APII, reimagining high-value public domain stories and worlds to create definitive works in gaming and beyond. His career includes collaborations with some of the most iconic names in gaming, including Kesmai Games, Westwood Studios, Electronic Arts, and Bethesda.
As part of the leadership team behind the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online, Daniel played a pivotal role in building the game’s Customer Service organization. It was in that crucible that he refined his servant leadership style—one that emphasizes empathy, empowerment, and results.
A lifelong gamer, Daniel is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, a skilled woodworker, and has been featured in The Wall Street Journal.
